About Kickstrack Kickstrack is an online store selling digital planners and productivity tools for iPad and other digital note-taking applications. All products are digital downloads — no physical items are shipped.
Digital Products & Instant Delivery All products are digital files. Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link immediately to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive it within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at contact@kickstrack.com.
License & Permitted Use Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the files with others
- Upload the files to any platform for redistribution
- Claim the design as your own work
- Use the product commercially without written permission
All intellectual property rights remain exclusively with Kickstrack.
Compatibility Our planners are designed for GoodNotes, Notability, and compatible PDF annotation apps on iPad. It is the customer's responsibility to verify compatibility before purchasing.
Pricing & Payment Prices are listed in the store currency and may change without notice. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided.
Limitation of Liability Kickstrack is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
